We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 to the United States and Canada.

We currently ship in the United States, Canada, UK, and France.

For shipping outside of these countries, please email us at contact@bijoushallot.com.

Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes. You will receive an email notification if duties and taxes are owed on the package.

DHL will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

Please note that packages are abandoned if you fail to pay duties and taxes owed on the package.

DHL Express will contact you for more information if the tracking status is on hold. If they can’t reach you, then they will contact us.

Payment

You can purchase on Bijou Shallot using a debit or credit card.

We offer support for PayPal, AMEX, Master, and Visa.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

We currently only support the following currency for charging our customers: USD.

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

We do not offer "buy now, pay later" option at this time.

Returns

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item shouldn't have been used in any way.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • Your item must have been sold on Bijou Shallot.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request.

Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind on items. If you have more questions about returns, please email us at contact@bijoushallot.com.

 

We do not accept exchanges, please review our Shipping & Returns policy for more information.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All of our designers only work with enduring materials, from precious metals to genuine gemstones. We have worked hard to build strong relationships with all of our designers so we can bring you beautiful, high quality materials for everyday wear.

We guarantee any of our product to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the above general return conditions.

If you have a return request resulting from a defective item, the return label will be sent to the email address you have used when placing an order.

Bijou Shallot have created a referral program to thank our customers for referring their friends and family.

To refer someone, you will first need to have an account on Bijou Shallot. After signing up, you can head to your personal rewards page to get your personalized referral link.

Any of your friend who decides to place their first order using your referral link will get a 15% discount. In return you will be credited a 10% discount too.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have any physical stores.

But things are in the works to get our products out and into stores across the globe.

Bijou Shallot offers 1 year warranty on selected products to take care of your item if any breakage or damage occurs. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your item if any damage to the material of the jewelry occurs.

Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and negligence. Please refer to our Jewelry Care on how to keep your jewelry looking at its best.

All of our designers only work with enduring materials, from precious metals to genuine gemstones. Bijou Shallot is confident in the quality of our designer’s products hence the 1 year coverage.

Please note that our warranty does not cover any lost items. Only items purchased directly from our website are covered by our warranty.
